Activity Tool Kit
WELL NOW consists of several concerned individuals from Johnson County who were part of the Leadership Johnson County Class of 2004. As part of the class, they chose to study and combat the rising childhood obesity rate within the county. As part of their project, the team decided to create a toolkit for teachers that could stimulate activity in the classroom while enhancing the educational lesson being taught that day.
This toolkit contains many activities, some of which may be familiar to many. Of the activities listed, some are adaptations from activities that have existed for years, while others are completely original.

The WELL NOW team hopes that all educators will use and benefit from this toolkit. For that reason, nothing in this book is copyrighted and may be copied, reproduced, shared electronically, and stored in a retrieval system for future usage.
